Everyone who worked there was accommodating.
-
Nice location, about 3 minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and beach, complimentary car park
-
The whole place is very clean, the location was perfect, close to the sea
-
Have stayed here before good location staff and facilities are good always kept very clean
I found that the food in the hotel very dissapointing this time this is probably because they have just started doing All Inclusive
-
st euluria is the most quiet area of the island I think but the island is not too big so if you rent a car it is 15-20 km to Ibiza or St Antoni. The foods were enogh good, maybe breakfast was weak but the others were ok and if you stay half board you can also buy lunch buffet for 8euros at the hotel. Full of old people and families not for young groups I think. But clean and friendly staff. Do I think to stay next time? I prefer to stay another area St Antoni or Ibiza..

Having being there several times it just felt like going home.
Since it has become mainly all inclusive there is a feeling of losing that personal touch. Paper cups in the bathrooms not very personal no tablecloths in the dining room made me feel as if I was eating in a cheap cafe. No special feeling there now as there used to be.

Explore the island and many lovely beaches a good location to stay lots to do avery good bus service to all the towns on the island
We were not happy with the large amount of children staying at the hotel. The noise from early morning till late was very off putting and the mess they left around the pool area was not nice to look at. We found the food to be of a much loiwer standard than last year I think this is the result of going after the cheaper end of the market. While we enjoyed our stay I do not think we will return to this hotel while they allow so many kids to stay.

The hotel is central and very good value for money. I stayed b&b so cant comment on all the food but buffet breakfast was good. I was travelling alone and found the staff to be helpful.
The drinks at the hotel were quite expensive (most guests seemed to be "all inclusive"). The single room I was in was quite small but clean and presentable.

Going in October when prices were lower, we did get excellent value, for the price we paid.
Our toilet leaked and when we complianed, the staff tried to ignore the issue at first.... Had to visit reception six times before it was resolved, when they did move us reluctantly to another room.
-
The first thing i noticed was how clean and organized the hotel was. The staff at reception were kind and helpful. My room was pleasant and I enjoyed the whole experience. I would recomend this hotel to friends.
The food was sometimes a little basic, for example as i don't eat red meat there was sometimes just one other option.
-
Hotel was modern, comfortable and clean and the location was excellent. Overall excellent value for money.
Sometimes the indicated entartainment did not materialise which left my son who loves football disappointed on two days, out of a three day stay,

Good location, the pool was nice and most of the staff were friendly, used the hotel to store luggage which was very helpful
Booked a double bed but were given a room with 2 singles,no ironing board available, the shower was very poor and the bar food was terrible.
-
The hotel was great value for money, staff was helpful and friendly, location was perfect, rooms were very clean. It's a great choice for a stay in Ibiza.
Maybe it was too focused on British tourists (activities, food, meal times, etc.) but this did not mean a problem at all.
-
Paying for wifi is pure greed, there are much smaller hostels that would make no where near the money and yet they have free Wifi. This service whilst traveling is something expected as free in this modern day!!! Free Wifi should be offered in all parts of the hotel witout restrictions.
-
the location is ideal for walking out to the beach shops and restaurants
the all inclusive at the hotel is very disapionting after staying there last year it has become very tight fisted
